Insuring your self storage unit
Whether you are storing personal goods or business items, insuring the contents of your unit is simple and affordable. We have partnered with authorised Financial Services Provider Intasure and under their control are able to offer our customers a selection of insurance options to match their budget.
Self storage insurance ensures that the contents of your self storage unit are covered against theft as well as fire and allied perils, subject to certain excesses, limitations and exclusions which you can read about on the Intasure website.
Self storage insurance options
Our new customers have the option to choose from two levels of insurance cover for the contents of their self storage unit. Our Essential Cover, at R60 per month, provides you with R50 000 theft cover and R100 000 cover for fire and allied perils. At R90 per month, our Total Cover offers added peace of mind with R100 000 theft cover and R250 000 cover for fire and allied perils***.
