Opened in December 2010, our Gardens self-storage location is one of our flagship stores. Situated at 121 Roeland Street in the Cape Town city centre, we're superbly located for anyone in the Eastern City and the City Bowl including suburbs such as Tamboerskloof, Fresnaye, Oranjezicht, Gardens, Vredehoek, as well as other nearby suburbs such as Woodstock and Observatory.

Our Gardens self-storage location is particularly large, and consists of over 9,000 m² of self-storage space spread over four floors. The modern state-of-the-art self storage facility comprises upwards of 750 self storage units ranging in size from 3 to 40 m² - so you can store your belongings here no matter how small or large your consignment.

• Keep right, continue straight ahead onto the M3 / Eastern Boulevard
• Drive past Groote Schuur Hospital on the right hand side
• Keep left on M3 / Eastern Boulevard and take the left hand De Waal Drive off ramp
• Once on De Waal Drive take the right hand Roeland Street off ramp
• Once on Roeland Street Stor-Age is located opposite the Cape Town Fire Station on the right (top of Roeland Street)

• From the N1 take the Oswald Pirow off ramp to your left
• Continue straight over the bridge, you will then pass Cape Peninsula University Of Technology (CPUT) on your left
• Oswald Pirow becomes Tennant Street
• You will get to a T-junction with Viglietti (Ferrari) in front of you, turn left into Roeland Street
• Stor-Age is on your left, opposite the Cape Town Fire Station
