Construction of phase I was completed on time and within budget, with the construction commencing in April and taking six months to complete. The store provides self storage space over six floors and includes all of Stor-Age's key development attributes, which has resulted in it being the most sought after self storage facility in Johannesburg. On completion of phase II, the facility will consist of more than 500 self storage units and 7 000m² of self storage space, with unit sizes ranging from 3 to 30m².
