Stor-Age announced this week that it had successfully acquired Lotto Lotto Storage (Lotto) in Boksburg, Johannesburg.
Situated in a prime location, the property lies in a residential node, with very close proximity to the East Rand Value Mall and other commercial and retail activity. Lotto enjoys outstanding exposure onto the N12 highway and consists of more than 6,700m2 of self storage space and 400 units. Lotto was developed during 2007 and trades at occupancy levels of 95%+.
