This week Stor-Age announced the commencement of the development of a new purpose built self storage facility in Bloemfontein.

The new store which is being financed by Nedbank Corporate Property Finance and constructed by the Madison Construction Group in two separate phases, will consist of more than 7,000m²  of self storage space over two floors. The modern state-of-the-art self storage facility will comprise upwards of 500 self storage units ranging in size from 3 to 30m².

The store will include self storage space over two floors and will include all of Stor-Age's key development attributes, resulting in it being the highest quality self storage facility in Bloemfontein in the most sought after and secure location, with aesthetically pleasing finishes and an unmatched level of service and amenities.

The store will have excellent exposure to passing traffic for commuters entering the city from the east and will be exceptionally well positioned as a retail location next to the Engen filling station as one exits the city on route to the Bloemfontein airport.
