Purpose of the role:
- To assist Operations Manager/s with the following:
- Rent self storage units and sell miscellaneous packaging supplies to the public
- Maintain facilities, equipment and grounds according to Brand Standards
- Manage financial and administration related aspects of specified site
- Deliver superior customer service
Skills required for this position:
- General operational skills
- Presentation skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work on MS Excel, MS Word and communicate on e-mail
- Effective written and oral communication skills when interacting with customers
- Effective interpersonal skills when interacting with customers
- Be able to identify and understand the customer's needs
- Ability to understand and adhere to company systems and processes
- Sales experience - proven skill and confidence to "close the deal"
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable transport
