Stor-Age Edgemead Helps The Prins Family After Fire
It was a Saturday just like any when tragedy struck, Alicia Prins was in the kitchen making lunch when young Luke came through to say there was smoke, shortly after that the house was on fire and Alicia grabbed her family to escape outside. Luckily young Storm, Luke and Cameron all made it out safely with Alicia and nobody was injured.

Everything in the house has been destroyed but the local community has helped by donating articles of furniture and clothing so Alicia can start to rebuild. As the family do not currently have a home, Stor-Age was able to help with storage space for the donated items. The family is currently searching for accommodation in the area, as they do not have transport and all the children attend school close by. If you would like to help please contact Stor-Age.

Stor-Age Roeland Street Progression
Our new state-of-the-art store in Roeland Street, Cape Town is nearing the opening date and we are delighted that 4S4 Steel Self Storage Systems has delivered our self storage system on time. You can read more about the delivery here.

Artist Impression of Stor-Age Roeland Street

4S4 has gone to great lengths to ensure that construction continues on schedule, considering that they had to deliver well over 200 tonnes of steel in 11 containers, that visited 3 continents on the way to us!

The system is designed and supplied by 4S4 Steel Self Storage Systems, who are the leading supplier of roll up doors and hallway partitions for the South African self storage industry. To view photos of the site view our Flickr page here.

Stor-Age Staff Do It - Rain Or Shine
Caught in action today, two staff members from Stor-Age Edgemead, Rabson and Lloyd. It is a wet and rainy day in the Mother City but that is not stopping two of our finest staff members from making sure that our facility looks great. Statistics show that 'curb appeal' is one of the major deciding factors for choosing a self storage facility.

We are proud to see that our site is looking green and ready for the summer months ahead, a traditionally good period for people to make use of self storage as they start their spring cleaning and packing away all those winter clothes to save space at home.
