Making your storage experience safer and more
convenient is our job and we love it. Here are a few things that you need to
know to make your time with us more satisfying.
& late fees
due on the first of the month and for your convenience we arrange for the
monthly rental to automatically be paid directly from your account or credit
card. The benefit of this is that it means you won't need to remember the
payment date or amount, there is no need to drive to the store to make payment
and it saves you time.
If we have
not received payment from you we will send you a reminder sms as well as give
you a call. If we have not received notification from you to arrange payment
then you will be handed to our attorneys at month end.
remember that a late fee is charged on the 10th of each month.
Need access to that unit immediately but you have
not yet paid? No problem, give our managers a call and arrange to pay via EFT
or with cash or card on site. Remember that your unit will be overlocked by
Stor-Age staff if we do not receive payment on the first and only payment in
full will ensure that the Stor-Age lock is removed. Please remember our office

tag & key
bring your entry tag and key. It seems like it would be the first thing you
would do but arriving at store without these means you will not be able to
access your unit. A good tip is to keep your entry tag in your car and not on
your car keys so that you do not have to turn off your vehicle when you tag to
gain access to the facility. If you lose your entry tag you can purchase a new
one in store. To do this, please bring your ID and Rental Agreement. We will
remove your old tag from our system and issue you with a new one instantly.
great tip is to purchase a “wordlock” from our stores. This lock allows you to
spell a word on the lock and alleviates the need for keys.
your deposit back
deposit back! Please remember when you no longer require storage to give us the
appropriate ten (10) day notice in writing and to get confirmation of this from
your on-site manager. Your debit order will continue and will not be returned
without this notice.
vacating your unit please leave it as you found it by removing all goods and
debris. Any units that still have miscellaneous items will have the deposit
retained. If you have given the correct notice.
If you are
moving out and you require some assistance with transport, let us know. We have
our own van to help with the move and we can recommend some excellent removals
companies who we have great relationships with.
